Our Milestones

From a single neighbourhood clinic to a trusted partner in national healthcare initiatives, we are driven by one clear purpose: to make high-quality care accessible wherever it is needed.

Through the years, we have grown our capabilities, stepped up in times of national need, and built specialised facilities to meet Singapore’s evolving healthcare demands. Every milestone reflects our commitment to service, innovation, and creating a meaningful, lasting impact on the communities we serve.

Our Milestones

2017 - Foundation - First Clinic
We began with our first clinic in Ang Mo Kio, providing accessible patient-centred care to the local community.
2020 - Swab & Isolation Facilities:
We quickly mobilised Swab Isolation Facilities at Village Hotel Sentosa and The Outpost Hotel, Providing safe testing and isolation services.
2021 - National COVID-19 Response:
During the pandemic, we stepped forward with purpose, supporting Singapore’s response across multiple fronts. We operated a large-scale COVID Vaccination Centre at Old Seletar Army Camp, deployed mobile vaccination teams, ran Community Care Facilities at Village Hotel Sentosa and Changi, and supported COVID Treatment Facilities at Renci@TTSH and Bright Vision Hospital.
2022 - Primary Care Expansion:
We opened new clinics in Hougang, Serangoon, and Jurong East, while continuing national pandemic support through three COVID Joint Testing and Vaccination Centres.
2023 - Integrated Healthcare Initiatives:
We expanded our clinic network with two new locations in Lavender and Bukit Merah, partnered with the Health Promotion Board to deliver island-wide health screening and coaching programmes, and within the same year, developed and operated Singapore’s first purpose-built Transitional Care Facility in the west.
2024 - Recognition & Growth:
Our network expanded with new clinics in Yishun and Lor Ah Soo. Our contributions during one of Singapore’s most challenging healthcare crises were recognised with the OCBC Emerging Enterprise Award 2024, which honours organisations that demonstrate an enterprising mindset and the ability to scale and grow.
2025 - Strategic Partnerships:
Building on our experience, we partnered with IHH Healthcare to operate a Transitional Care Facility in the east.
