Milestones

From a single neighbourhood clinic to a trusted healthcare partner for national programmes, our journey has been shaped by a clear purpose: to deliver accessible, high-quality care where it is needed most.

Over the years, we have steadily expanded our capabilities, stepped up during times of national need, and built specialised healthcare facilities to support Singapore’s evolving healthcare landscape. Each milestone reflects our commitment to service, adaptability, and long-term impact.

Milestones

2017 - First Clinic (Ang Mo Kio)
Our journey began with the opening of our first clinic in Ang Mo Kio, focused on delivering accessible, patient-centred primary care to the local community.
2020 - National COVID-19 Response
During the national COVID-19 crisis, we stepped up across multiple fronts. This included operating a large-scale COVID Vaccination Centre at Old Seletar Army Camp, deploying mobile vaccination teams, running Community Care Facilities at Village Hotel Sentosa and Changi, and supporting COVID Treatment Facilities at Renci@TTSH and Bright Vision Hospital.
2021 - Swab Isolation Facility
As COVID-19 emerged, we quickly mobilised to support Singapore’s national response by operating Swab Isolation Facilities at Village Hotel Sentosa and The Outpost Hotel, providing safe testing and isolation services.
2022 - Expansion & Continued COVID-19 Support
We expanded our primary care network with three new clinics in Hougang, Serangoon, and Jurong East. In parallel, we continued supporting national pandemic efforts by operating three COVID Joint Testing and Vaccination Centres.
2023 - Public Health & Purpose-Built Care
Our growth continued with the opening of two new clinics in Lavender and Bukit Merah. In partnership with the Health Promotion Board, we launched an island-wide health screening and coaching programme. That same year, we built and operated Singapore’s first purpose-built Transitional Care Facility in the west.
2024 - Regional Expansion
We expanded our clinic network further with new clinics in Yishun and Lor Ah Soo. We were also the Winner of OCBC Emerging Enterprise Award 2024.
2025 - Strategic Partnerships
Building on our experience, we partnered with Parkway to operate a Transitional Care Facility in the east.
