For ARI (Cough/Flu/Fever) Patients:

Fill up a health declaration form while waiting for a doctor to contact you.

Supervised ART results will be submitted to MOH for record purposes, it will show in your HealthHub account. A SMS from MOH will be sent to the number you submitted through the health declaration form.

Prices are private clinic rates inclusive of GST. You will be required to pay delivery fees for medication and it will be delivered to you on the day of consult.

  • Also available for passengers overseas intending to return to Singapore
