Tele-consultations are only meant for non-emergency conditions with mild to moderate symptoms such as:

• Common colds, flu
• Skin conditions e.g. rashes, eczema
• Nausea and vomiting
• Muscle aches and strains
• Headaches and migraines
• Digestive problems e.g. diarrhoea, constipation

Please visit the A&E department, or dial 995 for an ambulance immediately if you have a life-threatening condition that may require emergency attention such as:

• Choking
• Shortness of breath or chest pain
• Large open wounds
• Head trauma
• Severe burns
• Severe bleeding
• Broken bones or fractures

Prices are private clinic rates and are before GST. You will be required to pay delivery fees for medication and it will be delivered to you on the day of consult.

•          – Weekdays (non-Public Holidays) before 5pm: $20
•          – Weekdays (non-Public Holidays) after 5pm and up to 11pm: $25
•          – Weekends (non-Public Holidays) : $25
•          – Public Holidays: $35

  • Delivery: $15 (within 6 hours), $30 (within 3 hours)
